Refund policy.

30-day returns

Unused desk goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and check the return, we refund the item price in USD to the original order.

Free-shipping orders

If your order qualified for free US shipping (orders of $75.00 and over) and a partial return drops it below that threshold, the refund is the item price in USD; original outbound shipping, where charged, is non-refundable unless the goods were faulty.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full in USD, including any shipping you paid.

Payment provider pending

Because the payment provider is not yet enabled, no payment is collected online at checkout. Where an order has not yet been invoiced, cancelling it simply removes the recorded order and nothing is charged.

How to request a refund

• Email support@brockscompass.shop with your order details.
• We confirm the return and share the return address.
• Once the goods arrive back in unused condition, we refund the item price in USD.
