- Free US shipping automatically applied on orders of $75.00 and over.
- Orders are dispatched from our Northolt premises in flat kraft mailers, typically within 2–4 business days.

Payment
The payment provider is currently pending. You can add items to your basket and record an order, but no card or bank details are requested and no payment is collected online. Once the provider is enabled we will confirm your USD total and arrange payment before dispatch.
Returns
Unused desk goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price in USD. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Return shipping is arranged by contacting us first at support@brockscompass.shop.
How to start a return
- Email support@brockscompass.shop with your order details.
- We confirm the return and share the return address.
- Once the goods arrive back in unused condition, the item price is refunded in USD.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it in USD. Brocks Compass sells physical desk stationery only; our goods are not navigation, surveying or route-planning instruments.
